Report a translation problem
That's not really the point of my complaint. I feel it shouldn't affect NPCs. What if I was planning on using it? Swapping out gear everytime I have to interact with someone would be annoying.
I've used the butterfly set myself, and in my experiences, you can get close enough to interact with npcs without actually setting off the aura effect. Unless it's been bugged for me, every time I've used the set, it only triggers when I actually TOUCH whatever npc/monster I'm interacting with in whatever form.
It's still an issue of being inattentive, which the souls series absolutely -loves- punishing for, in -any- situation. Again, not attempting to be hostile, just clarifying why my opinion is what it is.
dont kill them just bondifre to the cathedreal and talk to the guy in the church attick he will remove any NPC agro u have so u can talk to them
That's a little of an over exaggeration. I enjoy the difficulty.
