Is Blinding Bolt any good? Also Faith and Stat question.
Ok first off I am in no way running a build. My goal is just keep gaining as much damage as possible. I'm SL 267 at the moment. I will keep leveling till I'm done/bored.

My stats are
40 VGR
40 END
30 VIT
40 ATN
40 STR
40 DEX
28 ADP
10 INT(I was 3, but messed up poiont spending, main reason of thread)
55 FTH

Main reason of this thread is about where to put those 7 points. I am using my last soul vessel, so I want to make it count.

I later found out after leveling INT some that it doesn't scale with Miracles, so I regretted doing this.

My weapons, armor and sheilds are as follows.
King's Set
King's Shield
Rebel's Shield
Defender's Greatsword.
Dragon Chime
Bow of Want.

Finally. Please don't turn this into which build is better or what to change all around. I'm just wanting to see how I can gain damage with 7 points. Also want to find out if Blinding Bolt is any good.

I've also heard from some people to just level ATN now for extra slots and cast speed.

I just am sort of bad at making the best decisions and still like to hear input on better players than me, that know how stats work better.

Thanks.

tl;dr
Look at the stats and see how I can gain damage with 7 points.

I would rather just keep leveling FTH though for lightning damage and miracle damage

guess lvlin doesnt matter much at that point. i would choose int, resistance n castingspeed should quiet raise a bit.

bout the blinding use Skeptic's Spice to get it down. you can get ca 15 spice per playthough. since you should be at least ng++ you should/could have enough spice. you can use as many spice as you want for a spell. minimum int/faith requierment is 10! so you can put it down from 65 to 10 if you want.^^

Go quality build with 28 your lowest stat, gain damage from mundane scaling. Drop Bow of Want for Mundane Avelyn to get huge boost in damage output. You can get those extra points from END, VGR, DEX and FTH (you are using King's set where helm grants +3 INT/FTH).

I would also check how much Agility you have because there is little incentive to go over 110 Agility, which is very well possible with 40 ATN and 28 ADP. If you are over 110 Agility, I would drop ATN few points as well. According to some guides sweet spot for Agility is 105, 110 maximazes iframes.

I said in post I didn't want to change my whole build :/ I like what I'm using.

I just wanted to see how I could gain scaling damage, or more use of spells.

TBH your damage is pretty much at max now. You won't get a noticeable benefit for levelling up your STR/DEX/FTH, and since you're a miracles guy, then levelling up INT won't help unless if you plan on turning to the dark side. I'd say that it's fine as it is.

You could pump in 10 more points into ATT so it becomes 50, as you'll get 1-2 more casts for all your spells and one more slot.

I guess that makes sense, then I can just put points whereever

I guess Blinding Bolt isn't worth it cause of the RNG?

Yeah, it's not, and, as Aigle mentioned you can always spice it down. I know that you accidentally sold them, but the game has plentiful amounts of Skeptics anyway, so you could probably get some on your next NG cycle if you don't wanna farm them, otherwise, the witches in Undead Crypt drop them at a reasonable rate.

Belfry Luna also has 3 guaranteed loot spawns for it, but you'll have to encounter some jolly ganking and the Gargoyles everytime you use an ascetic.
