All Hexes Achievement bugged?

So I figured i'd conclude my daily session of Dark Souls 2 by snatching up my last few missing achievements. It came down to the final achievement, which required collecting every Hex in the game. However upon comparing the list of Hexes on the wiki to the Hexes I already own, I concluded that I already have every Hex. For some reason I haven't been awarded the achievement.

tl;dr I have all of the Hexes in the game, but no Achievement to show for it.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you get some of the hexes offline?

I don't believe so. Would that actually prevent you from getting an achievement?

Can you list all the hexes you have?

Do you have the dark lurker soul one?

Check if you have them all by using a wiki or such.

If you do but it won't give you the achieve simply go buy another hex. If you can't well time to make sure you can.

I had this problem is getting all the sorceries and all I had to do was go buy a random sorcery and it gave me the achievement.

I have: Dark Orb, Dark Hail, Dark Fog, Affinity, Dead Again, Dark Weapon, Whispers of Despair, Repel, Twisted Barricade, Numbness, Scraps of Life, Darkstorm, Resonant Soul, Great Resonant Soul, Climax, Resonant Flesh, Resonant Weapon, Lifedrain Patch, and Profound Still.

Okay, crisis averted. I decided to go buy another copy of the spells that Straid sells, and it gave me the achievement. Thanks anyways guys, happy hunting!
