ignore MrFluffyWolf. I assume you're referring to the dragon eyes that you are occasionally seeing on the ground. They're the sign of members of a special covenant, and if you summon the phantom using them, you're summoning them for a duel to the death. The winner gets a dragon scale, used to level up in that particular covenant.

Exactly!
Get two full dragonbros with the armor maxed and they can stunlock most bosses by doing the little "fus ro dah" move over and over.
No srs, I Co-op with two dragonbro friends and they can perma-stunlock bosses with that move while I just rape it in the butt.

I only use the dragon helm with my Alonne Captain Set the cap set is way stronger at +10 its a lot hevyer tho
