DARK SOULS 2 ESTUS FLASK BUG!!!!

Ok, so, the wierdest thing just happened to me.. I was playing through Dark Souls 2 and finished NG, when I entered NG+ Estus Flask was GONE FROM MY INVENTORY!!! So i thought: "Go to Emerald Herald she gives u estus flasks at the bonfire in Majula, right?!" But I get squat so I resort to restarting the game. I manage to get the Estus Flask but its EMPTY?! AND CANT REFILL IT AT THE BONFIRE?! So i thought: "Yep another restart is gonna fix that sh*t!"
Actually no... NOW I had 1 Estus Flask NOT UPGRADED WITH SUBLIME BONE DUST which does refill but DOESNT ACTUALLY HEAL ME WTF?! I am really frustrated and dont even know I even tried save change u know with the trainer but little ♥♥♥♥ doesnt work. Im thinkin to backup the save and reinstall the game... please tell me your opinion!!!

Actually I managed to hack it back with trainer deletin' that sh*t this instant, the last 3 hours I spent in sweat, rage and tears trying to fix it finally did it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!!!

I said im deleting the trainer, the ESTUS DISSAPEARED SO AFTER RESTARTING I RESORTED TO HACKING IT BACK...

It was so long ago, but if I remember correctly, if you use a DS2 trainer you can replace certain items in your inventory with another one. Don't quite remember how it's all done, but search up on YouTube. DS2 trainer adding items or so.

Also be very careful with the trainer if you want to use the character for co-op or pvp. If you mess with it too much you can get soft banned very easily. Mostly giving yourself souls is what they look for.

I should have mentioned that too, but I assumed he knows. I only used it to make the game work. Yes. If you're gonna use the character for MP don't use a trainer.

thanks for response i try it this trainer but it didnt work i manage to get the estus back but it didnt reffil at bonfire :( so i hack unlimited gems and using that :/

I meant crashes...

I'm at the start of the DLCs and have opened the way to the final boss sustaining myself on gems... Also, i noticed many differences on steam compared to console, is it normal (Dragon at tower, Zipline to corss the earie fast Goldies not attacking me, NPCs not showing up with requirements met...) ?
