Can't get past character creation...

Bought DS2 bundle since it was on special sale. I've customized my character and all. However....there's no way to tell it "Finish Creation"....cause I don't own a console controller or a console, period. Did they not learn from DS1 some PC users actually like K&M? What's the key to finishing and entering the game?

Also, how do you jump? In DS1 it was hold down space bar and double tap it quickly...I changed the jump key before character naming/creation but it doesn't work.

If you are using a keyboard, the "Enter" button should be the "Start" button by default. As for jumping, you need to sprint and then press the jump button; this is the only way to Jump without attacking.

To finish creation,you only need to use mouse,or no?I didn't tried DS2 with K&M.But I tried DS 1....and it was HELL

It was "Escape" key. I hope they add proper tutorial soapstone support in DS3 for PC so it's not so stupidly confusing.
