where is the 3rd bonfire in dragon's sanctum?
and whats with the weird rooms with empty chests?

Are you talking about the room that has the Drakeblood armor?

its a hidden door, half way down to the queen. Hard to describe... just before the stairs which go down to two knight and the empty chest room

The one bonfire I'm missing is the 1st Dragon Sanctum one, could somebody tell me it's location?

its where those ghosts and spikes,
you need to shoot the platform thats under the edge on the way down to those weird dinosaurs.
and then go up the ladder
