best armour, shield and rings for sorcerer?

Can somebody helps me with some advise pleae?

depends you can wear some heavy stuff and still roll good and get your INT up to 30 with bonuses from equipment and carillian will give you a ring that ads 3 attunment slots, not sure about shield though I kind never use them with any character I make.

Hmm your attunement seems a bit low. My caster character wears Lion Mage amor with a Black Witch Hat. Hexer's Hood seems popular but I just don't like the look.

My most common rings are the Southern Ritual Band and Clear Bluestone Ring . My other rings tend to be situational.

If you want good light armor the Black witch set is good defense and light weight.
The Lion Mage is ok defense and boosts cast speed.
The Desert Sorceress Set is also fairly good defense and very light.
The hexers hood gives more casts
You might want a jesters head for item find, which is also light armor.

Black witch set is sold by Navlaan in Aldia's keep (have to be hollow)
Desert sorceress set is loot from the pyromancers in Earthen peak
Jester set is sold by Magerold in Iron Keep.

Buy it from navlaan after finishing his quest. Grind for it from the spell b!tches in the windmill, and buy it from the shop keep at the old iron keep.

Lion mage. Boost cast speed and extremely light. Just be sure that you have high agility and good at dodging.

I had a spell/mage character use it (black witch set) and it seemed pretty good compared to other light armors similar to it. Spell resist is actually pretty good with it, just remember that since it's a light armor, you don't want to be trading physical hits if possible. Though you probably already knew that lol.

And if you want extra defense/poise the gloves and the boots can be swapped out with the alonne knight set pieces, since color wise they match up really well with the Black witch stuff if I remember right.
