No duh, the patch added the DLC and the entry to it is located there as has been pointed out in 1 billion different news articles across the internet.

Shrine to get to the DLC. You can use it and it will take you to a room with fire bowl and a door at the end of the room. Door doesn't open though. Also there are stone pillars you can read near the portal when in the Primal Bonfire room.
