Getting no sound?

I have been playing Dks2 for 18 hours and had no problem with sounds. This only happens with dark souls 2 because I played several games just to test it. Now when I launch dks 2 the sounds are clear and normal but when I click to play the game on the menu the sounds completely die on me and I can't hear anything. And I know i'ts not my headphones because my headphones are connected to a speaker. I tried veryfing cache but did not work. Is there anything to fix this?

Check the sound settings in the game options menu.

Otherwise it's probably something with your computer. If you're running WIN7/8, right click on the volume mixer and check to see if the DkSII level is at 0 or not. Otherwise idk.

Yeah fixed it. For some reason audio levels were all on max on the game in the options. But in the volume mixer was on 0.... Pretty weird for that to happen lol. Anyway thanks man!!

Yeah, I've had that happen before and I'm not certain what kicks it off. And no problem~
