DLC not working

I bought the Season Pass on the 22th. It's 24th and still I can't play the dlc. The Dragon Talon doesn't appear when I'm starting a new game. Steam says the dlc is installed but apparently it's not working for me.
I tried reinstalling ds2 and steam, checking and unchecking box in dlc tab, and it still says the dlc is installed when it's not...
Anyone knows wtf?
Win 7 64bit, Poland in Europe, if it matters...

Make sure its installed.

>Library
>top left: Right-click Dark Souls II
>Properties
>DLC tab
>Is Sunken Crown installed?
>No? uncheck the box, recheck the box
>Download not starting? Exit Steam, then restart it.

Some people have reported that they couldn't get it to install, but then randomly acquired the Dragons Talon in-game.

Tried this many times, and still no help.
In my dlc tab I can see two dlcs - the Crown of the sunken king and the Season pass.
I tried every combination of checking boxes - installing one of them or both, and nothing worked.
There is no Dragon Talon in my starting inventory every time I start a new game, so I assume my dlc is not working (am I right?).
Now it's 25th and still I can't play my dlc for which I spent whole 25€. I'm starting to worry...

Forgot to mention this but I verified game files 2 times. Didn't work.
Maybe if I play for some time the talon will appear in my inventory like a loot or something? I don't know how it works but I thought I should have it from the start. I didn't want to play a big part of a game again not knowing for sure the dlc works, but I can try. Tommorow.

Check to see what version of the DLC you have and what version of the game you have. So many people got codes for the Russian version of the DLC for cheap or even other versions from websites that do coupons and sales on that ♥♥♥♥ without informing people they're not compatible.

If you live in the US, you have to get a US Code to unlock the DLC ot just buy it from the steam store. (which should automatically get you your area specific version based on IP Adress and Locale settings.

Being a cheap skate and trying to buy outside your country doesn't pay off.

I bought my Dark Souls 2 on a professional website about games. It's a Polish website www.gram.pl
It was the only way for me to preorder DS2 in Poland. I got box with 2 cds and a key for steam. Game work perfectly.
The Season Pass dlc I bought on steam. I got nothing from some s.h.i.t.t.y Russian store or something. Everything is legal and should work, but it's not.

I think i did what i was doing dozens of times but somehow finally it worked.
