SOLVED - Intro Cinematic Bug - SOL: Codec Pack

I've freshly bought DS2 in a game store.

After had installed it, I've tryed to start a new game.

BUT each time I'm clicking on "new game" or "continue",
the game initiate the connexion to online servers then save the game and CRASH ("stopped working").

I've tryed the 10 workarounds develloped into the main topic but nothing...

CONFIGURATION:

CPU: i7 3930k - 12 cores @ 3.20ghz
RAM: 8x 8Gb Kingston BeastX
GPU: ASUS 6G5D Titan
SCREEN: SAMSUNG 2233RZ @ 120Hz
OS: WIN 7 Ultimate 64b

I've never had any problems launching the game so somethings buggy for you.
Some ideas, Ensure drivers are up to date? Reinstall the game?

Did you try some of these things?

• verifying the integrity of the game cache
  
• starting DS2 in offline mode
  
• checking whether the save file directory exists and is writable

You might have an issue with playing the intro cinematic. By chance, do you happen to run Windows 8/7 N? If that's the case then you need the codec pack from microsoft. Either that, or it's not configured correctly.

EDIT:
It seems really to be the cinematic intro which crash the game because the game saved and write in folder without problems.

I've also noticed a little green "flag" which disapear when the game is closed (in the notification tray)

There's a short section in the sticky thread http://steamcommunity.com/app/236430/discussions/0/558754259683457381 which mentions problems with the intro video. (in the section Black Screen) Have you tried both workarounds there?
