Is anyone here not using the third dragon ring?

Just curious. Seems like the best ring around. Do you guys have a unique setup maybe?
Right now I'm using the standard Flynn's, RoB +2, Cloranthy +2 and TDR.

a few vanquisher's seal users don't use it, someone in another thread said they use RoB+2, Flynn's, Chloranthy+2 and Vanquisher's

I've got 30 ADP, if I put simpletons that gives me 35 ADP. My agility stays at 110 whether I wear the ring or not.

Its not, unless you are post SL200. In fact, if you desperately seek to stay at SL150, you can get 20 extra stat points off rings, which efffectively makes you a SL170.

I should clarify that I'm speaking from a point of view of a PvPer, and I don't see it as very useful in PvP simply because the extra frame you might get from the ring will do very little to help you, and I find other rings much more useful

It looks cool for some people. You don't need another reason.
And 5 ADP can actually matter if you build youself knowing you will get the ring, but that is the least mattering part.
