How do you hold left weapon with 2 hands?

on key setting I see holding right weapon with 2 hand2 but not left weapon

How do I do it on PC?

hold the key

short push Y = 2hand right weapon, hold Y = 2hand left weapon

Do take note that if you carry 2 weapons, it might also power stance if your stats are right.
