Spell quartz ring +3?

I got the DLC today, and rushed it because i was pretty pumped about it. Right now i'm trying to collect all quartz ring, i found thunder, dark and fire +3, along with the dispelling ring +1, but i can't find the spell quartz ring +3. Does anyone know where it is or is it just not in the game yet and will be released on the 3rd DLC?
