About corrosive urns

How many would it take to break a full set of gear? I mean rings, armor, the whole shebang.
I'd rather not use any more than I need to, the rat king is one creepy b*stard.

I broke a guy's Gyrm Greatshield with em as he was trying to turtle my arrows in less than ten of them. Don't know the specific number.

Which means for a full set of gear you're looking at like 25 for Havel's.

depends, I believe they do like 10-15 durability damage per hit, you will probably break important rings and weapons first (yes, it does do damage to weapons, a small solution to katanas technically) just don't be expected to be looked upon honorably.
As for breaking everything, havels will take forever to break, and most heavy armors in general will be about 100 durability? other armors will be about average 40-60. Any "old" armor though will typically be around 20.

If people make me waste an orb by going AFK somewhere they shouldn't, I'll make them waste their souls on repairs. Seems fair enough to me.

lots of urns. when someone do something that I dislike when they summon through my red sign, i throw corrosive urns at them. i also do that when I invade and host is afk.

you probably won't be able to drop enough urns to break their equipment in a serious fight, but rings like the dragon ring per example, will break quite easily. more for trolling purposes, I suppose... not exactly that practical when fighting someone.

as for breaking their whole gear, I would say something like 25-30 urns. maybe less, but it's hard to always hit with them if the guy knows how to dodge.

I don't think you should be concerned about not being honorable. that's just silly. you should be more concerned that these urns are not exactly that great even when you the pyromancy spell that also has a corrisive effect to complement them.

Another question why are you using orbs? there is a red soapstone....you should be prepared for people going afk or alt f4 if you invade them. Thats how it is.

In case of AFKers I prefer to just stack Acid Cloud casts instead of Corrosive Urns. Cheaper and more effective.

I literally stood there gesturing "Mock" and "This one's Me" before squashing him. He didn't break anything.

and what's wrong about using a mechanic in the game? i suppose i should stop invading simple because some people don't like being invaded, i guess.

did you noticed how much it broke? i think i'm going to test this with a friend. these urns are very crap. the spell is a little better, but hardly that great. more of a spell to pester people rather than killing them

Doesnt change the fact that its griefing...
And i dont mind being invaded since i will just wait for you to spawn with my powerstanced giant warrior clubs ready to onehit you.
