Personally, I find Red Iron Twin to be very comfortable tool for PvE. I use mainly Lightning infuse.
It's not amazing in PvE, but can do alright if you play very carefully and know the moveset very well.

Enjoy :)
Didn't they give Santier's Spear a buff in the last patch? I remember they nerfed the mundane infusion on that one, and at that time it only got like 230 damage with Raw, but after the last patch it know has 380 damage Raw infused, and it's totally liable. Add Ring of Blades +2 and if you got a light build Flynn's Ring, and you have 480 damage, that will decimate enemies, specially in NG. Add some resin and it will have enough damamge. I decimated Shin with this as I was tired of getting my weapon broken in the middle of the fight.
and mundane for git gud
Curved twinblade for some reason does less damage (by 6 on a 45/45)than the regular one, and weighs more (which also means more stamina consumption.)
I just wish it has a higher scaling with dex. The bleed is is gimmicky at best and is rarely useful.
