Armors with capes?

Draengleic Armor looks awesome, has a red short cape. I believe the Heide Knight armor has a white cape.

Drake knights from the DLC and Lleweylin (spelling) I think as well, two off the top of my head

llewellyn set, The cheast piece has a nice tattered cape. Cales has more of a tattered short cape. The drakeblood, nice red cape with a cool decal on it.

Edit: Syan set, Throne Defender, Velstadt, Heide Knight, Mastodon, Benharts, Creightons, Archdrake, and imported, these are all the armours i can think of that have capes.

Edit2: Bandit set(?), Chaos robes, Dingy set(More like a poncho), Lion Warrior set, Nahr Alma(Spike/Claws), Old knight set, Penal Coat, Saints set, Shadow set, Xanthous set.

The Faraam and Black Sets are less cape and more longcoat, but I find both have decent looks to them (the Faraam armor's pretty solid for it's weight and looks cool too)

Of course, he must not have working eyes because he doesn't know all the armors with capes off the top of his head. How about adding something a discussion instead? Not everyone ends up with all the armor sets to even know.
