Dark Souls 2 Music: What do you listen to?

I was underwhelmed by the DaS2 music but that's just me. Been streaming radio then a friend turned me onto something that fit while playing. Give it a shot.

I rarely listen to music in Dark Souls II. Mostly cuz it distracts me when I should be focused, but on the rare occasions when I feel like going all out, I'll have some bombastic orchestral music in the background.

I've found the Attack On Titan soundtrack or Fate/Zero's soundtrack to be some of the best for fighting while still keeping the oppressive atmosphere Dark Souls has. Though of course, my personal favorite is to equip a greatsword, ditch the shield, and start blasting "Forces" from the Berserk soundtrack so I can feel like I'm playing as Guts. (and especially considering that with the right armor pieces, I can even cosplay as Guts while doing so).

Miracle of Sound also has some solid tracks for playing Dark Souls to, namely "Wake the White Wolf" and his DS2 song "Fires Far".

For DaS1 after playing for a very long time I started listening to jazz fusion while playing. It fits very well with the game's mood, a good balance between tension and chill. For DaS2 I haven't listened to external music until recently, I tried jazz fusion again and it still works but not so much as it did in DaS1

For PvP I listen other game's OST, mostly upbeat tracks. For regular game I listen to whatever, there isn't really a genre that can be pointed at.
