Just check the required Int. It's the one that requires the most.
Why limit yourself to lesser arrows when you can get multiple copies of great heavy?
But if I really had to choose from only soul arrows : great heavy - takes a bit of time to cast but is decent fast and damage is good
But for the actual arrows themselves I like both the homing, and great heavy soul arrows.
Not 100% true. You can use it to build pressure, drain stamina from turtles and combo it into something bigger.
Thats why its got so many casts.
If you use it at max range then its pretty much wasted yes.
So yeah it´s not the best skill for pvp but so is every other arrow type pretty much when it´s not being combod.
