Crushed Eye Orb and Licia of Lindeldt

Hello.

"Crushed Eye Orb you picked up in the crypt will react when you're around Licia of Lindeldt".

Well. Not for me. Im human. I've completed all game bosses. I'm at NG++. She is in Majula, in the little room down Majula. She is in a bucle, i mean she doesn't say me nothing new, so i talk to her alot. But i cant use Crushed Eye Orb, i cant use the option to "USE", i remember in the last round NG something like "The Eyes is moving" when i was around, but not now. What i'm doing wrong?

Be human.
Have her activate the path to Earthen Peak.
Kill 3 of the 4 boss soul bosses (Sinner, Freja, Iron King, Rotten).
Be invaded by Nameless Usurper (Drangleic Castle, Undead Crypt).

These are the only things I can think of, but it sounds like you've probably done all these things..
