Where are my DLC for Dark souls 2

I bought all 4 DLC but I have only Dark soul 2 but no DLC in my library,where are they ,they're not in my library,how can I find them ?Message say I have them in my library but I don't see them there got only DS 2 DS 2 Scholar of the last sin and I have also DS 3butbut Crounn of the Old Iron king- sunkenn king + Ivory King are missing from my librerymwho can help ? Please DEV I bought them,where are they?

I just now finish DS 2 scholar of the last sin I was hoping that will come to choose them when I finish this game

if your on vanilla you get the keys right away and there are fountains that teleport you to the dlc one is in black gulch after the rotten the other after the old iron king and the last one is on the shrine of winter if you are on SOTFS then you need to find the keys

I got only black gulch there are 3 fountains there stranded by like snake leafs option I got there "exam it ,non of them get me to DLS,these fountains are at the very bottom ,I got no excess to old to ,old iron king o shrine of winter yet but if that one in black gulch didn’t get me to DLC what’s the point to go find others

I have both vanilla DLC and Scholar. Your vanilla DLC should be in the list. If it's not there I strongly suggest you contact support.

If you're talking about in game, Scholar DLC keys need to be found again... Vanilla DLC is automatcally in your inventory when you start.

its actualy 3dlcs with 4th in the list for dx11 it should be listed at the game itself when you right click it under dlcs.
but if you want to get there you need to find 3 special keys or objects i think 1 was in the fountain at majula same area for the pit(you need to buy the biggest ladder) if i remember right i had one automaticly in my inventory
1 is only accesable when you have all huge souls or a ton of souls. i think it was the snow dlc
2 is at a back area were you fought the rotten.
3 i think its at the last old bonfire after facing the old king....
but i´ve played DS3 so its a long time i´ve played through ds2
