Frozen flower key ?

I’m finally in DLC but one main key is missing “Frozen flower key” I look all over Draconic castle so fare no luck to find it.I watch video on YouTube ,one guy playing console,PS-4,What I can understand is on my PC is different set up ( play) In Draconic Castle he got different set up near King throne and from fire place he go to the right and end up in a room with platform and stairs there ,when he kill one of them NPC he leave loot and there is that frozen flower key,when I do same thing I end up in a room with a lots of enemy NPC.I lore them to that same room with that platform ,when they came and I kill them they not leaving any loot ,so I still don’t get that frozen flower key which I need to open those big doors in Shrine of Winter,Also when I vent there I got very thick fog,he doesn't,he got clear sky there.So question is ,is there different to play it on console or PC,seems to be that way I don't know why,it should be the same,no? but is not.My last question is: is there any other plaices where you can get that Frozen flower key ,and if where.I was so happy to finally get into DLC buy now I’m stuck,any help be great? I delete the game and reinstalled again that didn't helpI honestly getig fed up with DS 2 and Scho9lar of the sin,U need a key and U have to look for it mile away

the keys for the dlcs u get from the old ladies in the first area of the game...
unless im confusing this key with the one that lets you into the dlc. I dunno.

When I come to that area I got thick ♥♥♥ there and I need to have that frozen flower to open those big doors witth no frozen flower key I'm stuck there. [:-( NoI visit old ladies but they give me nothing,only ofer me to start with a clean sleeves,to bed ,so I'm stil stuck

None of the entries dropping any loots,so how I suppose to get Thad bloody “FROZEN FLOWER KEY” ??? In Draconic Castle

Near Drangleic Castle's first bonfire you will find a corpse near the door that you will pass. Finding this key will be the most easiest of all the three DLC keys in Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin.

If this is going to get me that "frozen flaver key" I"II be happy and thanks a lot :-) question this is what I got from company Bonday The Frozen Flower in Drangleic Castle, after the first bonfire, located past the first rightmost door in the ruin sentinels' room. The key can be found in a corpse on the room before going upstairs. This should be in the same location regardless of system differences. If you do not see it in this location, please check your inventory as you may already have looted it. So it's not ouside of Castle;I vent south tovard a shrine of winter check every inch find one dead body which give me holly water

depends on your version of the game - the "not" sholar version gives the frozen flower key for free as soon you re-enter the game.
but theres another way- castle Drengleic the lift to the bossfight room with the 2 dragonrider
there should be a box with the needed item.

If you are playing the original Dark souls 2 the dlc keys are aquired AT THE BEGGINIG OF THE GAME, after you create your character a message should pop up telling you that you have recived the 3 keys.

If you have already started your adventure through drangleic and then acquire the dlc i think you need to start another character from the beggining.

If you are playing the remastered Scholar of the first sin edition, those dlc keys are scattered trough drangleic, thats why that yt video tells you that the key is on drangleic castle.

It's very confusing but i hope this helps!

If you are playing Dark Souls II, you should automatically receive the Frozen Flower Key as soon as you load into the character, provided you own the DLC.
If you are playing Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, you will find the key in-game as a drop.

Given that you are posting on the Dark Souls II forum, and have already stated you did not find the key in-game at its SotFS locations, the simplest answer is that you do not possess the DLC.

If you still find a way to not understand the problem after this, I will be astounded.
