Just because something has an anime girl skin doesn't mean it'll steal your monkey images dumbass.
If you're not aware, MSCHF or Mischief is a "hype" brand that makes strange and gimmick products that are usually dropped as limited time releases. They aren't some no name brand. Now, I'm not saying that your information is safe with them. I am saying however that they aren't some rando making a Steam game.
Yeah, a company that’s well known for dropping fly-by-night meme games and calls itself “mischief” doesn’t sound like the kind of company I want to give my SSN to.
Even if it’s not a scam, I don’t trust them to keep the information secure— Sony can’t even keep usernames secret, and they’re probably bigger than some company based in Sunset Park.
I agree. I wouldn't give them my SSN either. I don't even like giving my SSN to the real person that I see to do my taxes.
Don't tell Iris this but you guys do know that you can probably slap some random numbers in it, right?
Y'all REALLY underestimate the amount of risk MSCHF would be putting themselves in if they weren't handling this information safely. MSCHF are a major art collective and if this isn't strictly offline tax preparation software they'd be in such deep ♥♥♥♥ for advertising it
