Greetings Pilots,

We're excited to introduce rift mechanics and four new missions featuring rifts. These rift missions are essentially logical puzzles. First two are puzzles that players can solve beforehand and simply implement the solution in the code, while the last two require players to write the code that solves the puzzle. In-game documentation is already up-to-date, the wiki should be updated in the next few of days.

The new missions are interspersed with the existing ones in terms of order. If you already had an unlocked mission that is past one of the rift missions, it will stay unlocked.

• bot.extract() can now take a quantity parameter

• bot.rift()/bot.rifts() methods to detect rifts

• bot.inventory() returns cargo content by crystal type

• new class: Rift; in addition to the usual Entity properties/methods, Rift contains:

  • exit_x - property, X coordinate of the rift exit

  • exit_y - property, Y coordinate of the rift exit

  • get_cost() - method, returns the rift cost by crystal type

In addition, patch 0.3.0 contains several minor bugfixes:

• fixed several issues when closing the game

• console state now persists through mission mode changes

• fixed issues that popped up when switching repeatedly between briefing and debriefing

• fixed tutorial buttons inconsitencies
