dlc from past games
ill consider buying if the dlc carries over ive spent a lot of money on dlc if it dont carry over then i wont bother

all dlcs from the older titles will be carried over to TSW4 on the launch day (26th Sep.)
But you need the same Platform (Steam/Epic/Xbox etc.) and Account in order to transfer your older DLCs

So, I would need to have the DLCs present on my Steam/Xbox/Epic Games account, right?

Yes, you can't carry over your DLCs to a different platform or account. It need to be the same platform and account to use your older DLCs on the new Game.

I looks like none of my DLCs that I have installed on my PC for Train Sim World 3 haven't transferred over to Train Sim World 4.
Same PC, same Steam account.
What am I doing wrong?

it doesn't matter if you have that installed on TSW3 already. They will be unlocked at the launch day of TSW4 (26th)

Isn't it nice that they are releasing another DLC shell platform for you to spend thousands to have a completed game?

Well, you are not required to buy all the DLC to enjoy the game. Buy the DLC you want, no need for a complete game.

on release day? Then where are they? i don't have any older Add-On at the moment and the Store is Empty in here (in Steam) :steamfacepalm:
