Running on foot apparently enabled by default?

So... You have to hold Shift to walk? Why? Why is walking not default, and where do i change this?

You can change it in the settings. Then you walk by default and run with shift.

Nvm. Found it in the "accessibilities" tab. Would expect something like this to be under controls...
