Class 395 TVM and speed limits
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong here, but it seems like the TVM on Southeastern High Speed is not currently working right with regards to AP. The tutorial scenarios and documentation all say that the flashing numbers and blue mark on your hud are what you need to be down to before the next block, but the moment they appear, I seem to get a yellow "over speed limit" hud mark and be penalized on AP. The sim seems to be treating that as the current speed limit and not advance notice at all.

The Dovetail forums have a post about this same issue but claim that even though the hud is yellow there is no AP penalty, but this doesn't appear to be the case now; I've getting "driving over speed: 15 AP"

Is this something I have set up incorrectly?

I would redo the tutorial, some of the high-speed trains are a bit more to handle, but once you get the hang of it, it's not that hard. Also more than likely you are not getting below the next speed limit change, This is one of the more in-depth tutorials. And if you want more than 15 AP stay under the speed limit and you will get 30AP per distance driven. I believe that is how it works.

Seems to me that when you are in the 225kmh zone, the blue numbers will start to flash, which tells you that at the next signal block the speed will be reduced. If you start braking when the numbers to flashing and reduce your speed to 200kmh before the next signal, you will not be over speeding.

If the 200kmh is still flashing, then you need to reduce the speed to 160kmh before the next signal block. And if the 160kmh is flashing, then 130 before the next block and so on.

Doing that, you should be below the speed limit at all times and get your 30 points.
