Saving a game

I cannot save a for the life of me even though I am enabled in settings. I have asked through Facebook but none has answered me. I thought I would try this avenue. Does anyone else have this problem. Can someone help please?

You only get one saved file, ie; one save game, regardless of loco or route, if you want to have a save, you have to click save while in the pause menu. See here

There is also a simpler method of making a save of one of your games while you are playing by pressing the [esc] key on your keyboard when you want to save then arriving on the "Summary" page click [save] on the ribbon at the bottom of the screen (press [S] on the keyboard) then [S] on the window which appears telling you that your backup has been made, click on close and return to the ribbon at the bottom of the screen or press [escape] x2 and you are back in your game!!!

Then you Could have a Corrupted game, saving should not give this kind of error.
You may try validating the game through Steam, or the Worst case is Re-Install after uninstalling and clearing the shader cache, you can look this up online.
