Help needed with the Vectron

Vectron randomly shutdowns while scenario night charge. It shutdown once while I was on mainline and I really struggled to get power back. Now I've got to the yard to collect more wagons and every time I couple I lose power and can't move. Hi there, if you are ever struggling in Options you can select "Im Stuck" this resets the train back to the start.

That doesn’t help as it behaves the same way every time at the same point

when you lose the power that means you hit the neutral spot and did not open the main circuit you just need to close it

If you go to the 49 minute mark in the video you will see that even your own ambassador encounters the problem. Getting moving again is not covered in any tutorial
