When i got insulin for grandma after i got out of that dialogue i couldn't move and i am just stuck where the line is

oh i just saved where i was stuck and reloaded the save and i became unstuck.
Also i just wanna say i had a lot of fun playing your game and i can't wait to play the whole game <3
