I swear, every early access game has threads with "X price is too high, lower it please". Think of early access as a pre-order for an unfinished product you can play today, but won't be released for upwards a few years. If you're that concerned on price, wait 'till after release for a sale.

Also, note that you're paying for the final product, not to bug-test a game. "Any one remember when We got payind for alpah testing?" is a pretty poor argument for why the price should be lowered.

I think the potential for this game is GREAT! I have played 4X games for 35 years I have near 400+ games in my library. This game could be the modern MOO2. I am glad to be able to play Alpha at less than $20.00 knowing it will get better and the DEV listens!

You're supporting an indie game, the game is pretty cheap compared to most other games while additionally you'll have the full game anyway when it's coplete. The game is not going to stop being here after the alpha/beta phases, and going by some of the threads on Steam the dev;s are actually paying close attention to what people have to say.

Is that much money really too much for you? I'm seeing too many people these days wanting their games for free or almost free, like developers are their servants or something...

too many people complaining about prices of everything these days. at the end of the day this is someone's job, you are paying them for goods and a service. You have no divine right to be given anything for less than the developer feels his game is worth. would you like it if people demanded a cheap and/or free servcice from your job? I highly doubt it. at the end of the day it's all about value for money. if you feel paying £15/$20/19 Euro for a game isn't giving you value for money then don't buy it. And don't complain about paying it. I would rather pay that for a game that will get me 100+ hours of gameplay than £40 for a game with a single player story lasting less than 10 hours.
