Graphic Card problem!!

Hi, I just downloaded the game, everything worked fine but when I went to start the game, it sas : "No suitable graphic card found. Unable to create the graphics device" Here are my specs :

Well, it appears that I totally messed up, the graphic card I thinked I had is not this one, and I find myself left with games and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphic card that can't run them. Steam doesn't refund the game buyed right?

this is very confusing,,but from what i see you have a very old computer (Chipset 945?) and looks like you have a Laptop (256MB memory) i think

I think you need to buy a new PC...

Actually the laptop has intel core duo cpu L2400 with both 1.66ghz, got 2 Go of Ram... It's not excellent but it's enough for the game. the problem is that I was told that the graphic card was capable of running moderate games, and it was not. Which is a Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family and after some research this is really not a good card. So well, I have a moderate cpu running pc with an totally bad graphic card. Lol. As you say, I guess that I have to buy a new one to run this one. I already buyed counter strike, maybe I'll be good enough to run this game... Anyway, sorry for the confusion, and thanks for the response. So, no refund eh?

But you did a great buy!,once you buy a Desktop PC (NOT a laptop) you'll be pretty able to run every game out there

Even more games if you build your own custom Gaming PC (as long as a Pro builds the components inside the tower) ,check online forums like Steam or somewhere else..i'll tell you my Rig to help ya (less than 1000$,promise)

Wich such a huge powerful PC i doubt you should get that prob,but hey,i also had mines but with another game (SINE MORA)..

it's very weird that this happend to you and the starter..had no probs with the game at all..

Tried uninstalling it,reinstalling it,installing all the Windows Update's updates?

no luck sadly, the problem has persisted, not only but my drivers are also fully up to date so I know its not that either :(
