Only thing wrong whit this game
The only thing i have found that sucks in this game is how you can get chainkilled by spikes or lava.Cmn, atleast u should get like 1 second invulnerability to get out or something. Other than that great game.

Honestly I thought that was a problem too... Then I realized it was probably just the DEV not wanting to go through the process of making certain spikes and traps 1 hit and others not. Like im sure he intended the ones at the bottom to be 1 hit and the ones on the sides just do damage. But it would of probably took alot more time to code. So pretty much you just shouldn't be falling into traps lol.

As far as I am aware you do get a short invulnerablity after falling on spikes/in lava. At least I have never had a problem getting back out of them.

Don't play on Hardcore then and you're good. HC is the only difficulty which gets rid of any invincibility frames on hit. If you're getting chained to death by hazards on normal...I have nothing to say to you, frankly.

@Dragoxz, I've seen this complaint raised recently and I'll look into it. As far as I can remember I give the same invulnerability timeout no matter what type of damage you take, but I'll poke around.

Gotta agree with this.
Sure, if you wanna beat it on hardcore, then cheers for you all the way.
But on normal/tough, it was my own carelessness that made getting out damn hard.
Some times, you just gotta take it easy and have patience. If you die once, you then know what NOT to do.
And revive stones is your friend lol.

For me getting kicked in Spikes ALWAYS was a Insta kill, even if you hammer your Dash or Jump Key you never ever get out of those Spikes alive (im playing on hardcore tho).

It was frustrating at times but it just tells you to be more careful on the next Spikes you meet.

My Nemesis were those Plants that randomly spit stuff out. Since they seem to have no timer for the spits it was sometimes pure luck if you can pass a few of them or getting hit by their attacks. And i don't really like when a game gets "Luck based" (yes i know they don't harm you when they spit out the Blue stuff but you can never tell when they gonna do that)

You are given something like half a second to jump off or out whatever your stuck in but it's a very short time though this isn't a complaint

One thing I have noticed though at least with the spikes is that if you hit one set of spikes and it sends you into another you aren't given anytime to get off that second set before it does damage to you, I've had this happen a few times trying to get at a chest and I'll spam jump but I'll always take damage from the second set and only after that second one has done damage can I jump off

Sometimes the invulnerability works long enough to jump out, sometimes it doesn't. The problem is while you're invulnerable often you still can't do anything because Dust is hitstunned...

Yea this is what happens to me,no matter how much i try i die, i find this really stressing whit the last boss since i like to use aerial dust storm alot.
well the enemys could also had some more KI ^^

Yeah...this is a pain in the ass on Hardcore. If you land on spikes you are dead. Period. You are stunned and can't move. If it wasn't for the white mushrooms by them being random it wouldn't be as bad, but the spores knock you into spikes constantly. It's not a challenge, it's just random and sucks redoing it over and over hoping that the spores won't knock you into the spikes.

It absolutely needs to have some sort of invulnerability added to hardcore. At least so Dust isn't stunlocked the entire time.

THIS. I was stuck in Cirromon Caverns for so long because of that one segment on the return trip - uphill jumps between five spikes and each gap having two bubble sprouts. I eventually had to use the damage knockback to get through it without chaining to death :\

This is the main issue with the game. Land in a pile of spikes, you'll die. Especially if you're too low to get knocked out of the pit by luck.

Fortunately, save spots are pretty common.
