Out of Range Screen After Start

I've Upgrade My PC But When I Start Game I Got Out of Range Message

My PC Info

CPU : AMD - FX8350

Ram : 8GB

VGA : XFX R7750

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I think you'll need to be a bit more specific about the problem. It's impossible to tell if by "out of range message" you mean that your monitor is running in an unsupported mode, or if you're seeing a .NET exception (eg. ArgumentOutOfRangeException or IndexOutOfRangeException).

cuz My Old PC Are Running Fine

OK I Got IT

Myold 8800GS has 256 Bit

But XFXR7750 has 128 Bit

This Out of Range Happend Cuz Bit Are Smaller Than 8800GS Right ?
