Quick tip for those going for the 1000 hit combo.

In case you already passed the beginning and are looking for an easy way to get this..I found one!

1.First go to the Sorrowing Meadow. Go to the area right next to the first save point. There will be a lot of zombies here, so you know it's the right place.

2. Run all the way to the other side of the map and into the next area. Immediately turn around and go back.

3. On the far left you will see the large zombie that explodes when you kill it. Simply stand at a distant and shoot lightning at it constantly. (I unequipped everything so I was doing minimal damage, I'm also currently level 17. If you're higher up, I'd recommend the Ugly Pendent)

Basically, what'll happen is his health will slowly go down, by the time he died he already gave me a 500+ combo and the zombies he eventually runs into will take additional damage. One zombie, plus the big zombie is enough for the 1000+ hit combo. Just remember to stay a distant so it will not explode and ruin your combo. Just hold 'L' or the right button on the mouse and it's that easy.

Anyways, hopefully this helps. I've seen a lot of other guides and how they use this exact same area. I feel mine is easier though due to the fact you aren't flying around everywhere and can potentially ruin you combo. I personally kept maxing out between 950-970 every time I did that, until I tried a different way.

I got it in The Sorrowing Meadow just now, doing almost the same thing. I was being annoyed by a nest of Flesh Flies (the wasp things) and a Necromancer at the same time. I used Fidget's thunderbolt power repeatedly and built up a 1300 combo by the time everything was dead.
