I can't tell if Dust is a bunny rabbit or a fox. He could be either/or.

I have a bigger question - are animals in the Dust world technically mentally handicapped cousins of the "people"? Like before you hit the first village you can see normal rabbits and then you meet a rabbit person. Or how that evil dog-men army at the end is using actuall dogs as shocktroopers. Does it mean they are so evil that they are using mentally challenged from their race as canon fodder?

It means that you are one of those people who have no idea how furries work. we are in a world with absolutely no human, as they are replaced by anthro animal. If there are no feral animals, what are they gonna do? Kill each other for food? Where do you think the buffalos burger and the Charred Galbi come from?
