where is the treasure chest in the sorrowing meadow?

not the chest on the right thats not really hidden very well. I think I'm missing something way up top near where the wind blows you up...?

It has been a while so I can't claim I remember every detail of the game, but the sorrowing meadow in particular has a lot of graves, and the "inhabitant" of one will be happy if you pay your respects. Look for a grave that appears to have been attended to.
(I think there's even a note about that).

I also remember something going up, but I think it's only accessible with the last ability.

figured it out. You have to unlock an ability near the end of the game and come back.
