thanks, so you can add it to steam as a non-steam game?
No i dont think so it has a closed licent. you can give it out but you cant sell it.
What you want is http://www.clickteam.com/clickteam-fusion-2-5 you can buy it on steam or this Construct 2 https://www.scirra.com/StoreMarket.aspx you can buy it on steam or you can use this Torque 2D http://www.garagegames.com/products/torque-2d and its free
If you want examples of games made with the software already in the Steam store, you can check out To The Moon and Cherry Tree High Comedy Club.
I look at the games you pointed to and was pleased to see them.
Some one took this Engine to its Max and made a good game as for licents I dont think it was the stander shear ware one you get when buying XPRPG, but one that had to be done throw Degica to sell it commercial on steam.
In any case it nice to see that a fuw game have made it commercial useing this engine.
You don't need to get any additional licenses to sell your game. Honestly, you only need to legally purchase the engine. That's it! You don't have to worry about paying additional fees to go commercial, you don't have to worry about royalties.
If you still don't believe it, you can check the EULA or even http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/support/products/faqs
