Why did they cancel this game?

My friends and I were really excited to try this when it came out and apparently now it's cancelled? Kinda tired of Sims 4. Are there other Sims-type games to play? Why would they cancel this?

Inzoi looks like really creepy AI garbage. That one I'm not interested in at all. I guess Paralives is all that's left for me to look forward to.

It's a bummer but what can one do? I don't hold high hopes for INZOI because that game looks to good to be true. SO I guess that i will be holding out for Paralives even though I'm not too keen on the graphics. I refuse to have anything to do with further EA Games' releases!

there is nothing ai about inzoi. paralives look like complete garbage.

InZoi already is in playable state and there were closed alpha tests. People were really positive about the game, although the parameters were tweaked in a way that people would test some specific things, like having kids (it was very easy to do in very small amount of time). Very interesting project.

You know there is a chance the base game will be free since they after all these years decided to make 4 free.. SO there is a small chance they will make 5 base game free but of course it will be something like one, one hundredth of a game and release a bajillion DLCs like they have done with 4.

Paradox mode right now it to cancel everything. Surviving the Abyss has been abandoned & Prison Architect 2 is not looking good after they dumped the dev that brought PA to console.

EA has already confirmed it will be free-to-play like sims 4 is. They making sims a live service game now.
