Wait until early access and by that point you'll have some hard proof to play around with and from there you can make your decision, but for now it is indeed too early to make a judgement about it.
The devs are aware that the current graphics are not good. They are hiring a new 3D tech artist to redesign LBY's 3D models and graphics.
This was mainly for the OP. A lot of people coming to this discussion board complaining about the graphics even though it's already being addressed by the devs lol
There's nothing wrong with feedback, but doing a final judgement on a game this early on is... not advised. Worse, it sends the wrong message to publishers who try to do transparency.
Similiar to how you shouldn't blame Early Access games for bugs and jankiness, it feels wrong to blame a early testbuild for being unfinished and unpolished.
This. Frankly it looks better than Sims 4 does to me, perhaps a bit "low-budget Unity store asset" but better than 4.
Some users always assume the worst before assuming the best, you question them why they don't assume the best? it's like it never occurred to them. I don't mind having opinions so long as opinions are valid and fair and right now no one really knows much of anything and all they have is a misleading trailer trying to show what the game is about.
Unfortunately the trailer hasn't presented very well and has given the wrong impression generally. when one creates a bandwagon, everyone else will jump on it and go for a ride and often it's a pointless ride around the same area before they jump off. Unfortunately it's a fact of life these days.
I'd like to see customer giving the game the benefit of the doubt despite some protestations they may have and wait until they get a more complete picture of the game they are looking at playing and then they can do their own research with facts in hand. At that point it would be a fair observation if it was felt generally positive or negative and they can state actual reasons why.
