GPU Overheating while playing Cricket 24 only

Is it me or anyone else facing the same issue? I am using an RTX 3060. It used to work fine, and the gpu is still working fine while playing other games such as Marvels Spiderman 2, Or RDR2. Recently while playing Cricket 24 the temp of my gpu is rising to 88-90 degrees after i am setting the fan speed to 100 usinmg afterburner.
At first i thought it could be a thermal paste issue as summer is here. So i changed the thermal paste with a Cooler Master one. Same thing is happening.

Interesting part is it stays like that for a while, 15-30 mins on that high temp. Then it comes back to normal temp. Which is why i think it could be something with the game.

Cricket is gpu bound game, so its not unusual.
