How to update Indian squad in career mode

Hi all,
I have been playing career mode and recently made my character's debut as well for Indian team, however even after downloading the Indian team by wasteyouryouth, it does not seem to be applied in career mode
Can anybody help me for thos

Edit the team sheets, remove the old default players and add the downloaded players to the squad and it should work
