Guys! My game keeps crashing ffs!

My game keeps crashing and idk why, I have a really good gaming laptop and I just downloaded cricket 24 but I can't seem to get past the loading screen and the game crashes, why is this happening? Does anyone have any sort of fix? I tried validating the game files and that didn't work

Yep same issue, Tried starting a new career mode and the moment i finish creating the player, my game crashes.

First delete all saved games. Then reset the academy. Finally do validate files. Do these things after every patch to avoid crashes. If anyone playing career mode it will be hard to them. Because they already spent more time in the career mode.
