Getting Low FPS In Cricket 24 (Avg. 38 Fps)

My laptop Configuration is 32 GB Ram, Rayzen 5 Processor, 4 GB Graphic Card (NVIDIA 1660 Ti).
When I play Cricket 24, Game only use GPU 100% but not use CPU (Only utilise 1%) and even if 32 GB ram I got only avg. 38 FPS.
Why this is happening?

I honestly have no idea, man. I'm facing the same issue, and the support team hasn’t replied either. The last message I got from them was 13 days ago, asking for the DxDiag info — even though I had already sent it to them before they even requested it
