ERROR after launching the game Cricket 24

when i try to launch the game game showing error when i press to begin the game after big ant logo.
Error code : N12029B64-1F128.
Is there any solution?

I have downloaded the game recently. i used to use fiddler for cricket 22 but with cricket 24 fiddler is not working

Can you try the following in Command Prompt (you can search for this on the search bar on the bottom left of your desktop).

In Command Prompt can I get you to enter 'netsh winhttp show proxy',
If it displays a bunch of numbers such as 128.0.0.1:8888, we suggest you run the following command 'netsh winhttp reset proxy',

After completing this try starting Cricket 24 again and see if this is still an issue for you.

Buddies, I don't know if it worked because of this, but I tried the following and it worked when I launched the game:

Go to https://support.bigant.com/support/home.
Sign up using the link shown on the top left side.
I signed up with the email I use for Steam as well.
Activate the account and then try relaunching the game.
Let me know if this doesn't work out.
