You have been disconnected from the game

Every time I start the game, it shows "You have been disconnected from the game." My wifi and laptop is good, I can run all my online games but graal is not working.

bruh me too, cant login cant play, but sometimes idk why it return to normal,and after i close my computer and play in the next day, it return to "You have been disconnected from the game"
