DEAD SUPPORT
toonslab no response until now its been two weeks already. If you want to revive the game please hear the players problems too. Kinda sad I love the game but it has lack of support.

yea right, and player relations or admins can't even help me with my issue they always say that toonslab can only help me. TBH I dont think toonslab even care about the players issue they're just ignoring it.

Two weeks is well above the average response time for most TS Support cases. Sometimes a ticket may get buried or slip through the cracks. Please resubmit another ticket regarding your issue through https://support.toonslab.com if you haven't heard back yet.
