Itunes & Audiosurf 2
Im having some trouble getting the game to use songs from my itunes library. I use Apple music and have a feeling that has something to do with it compatability wise. I download the songs onto my computer and the album shows up in the game but it doesnt have any songs that i can select in it. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou :)

Did all of the songs come from Apple Music? Or do you also have regular iTunes purchased songs to compare?

If I go to my iTunes Purchased section, right-click a song, Get Info, File; kind = purchased AAC audio file, and bit rate = 256 kbps. Using Windows Explorer, if I open the sound file's properties, type of file = MPEG-4 Audio File (.m4a). In the details tab (scroll down), protected = no. Please post matches and differences here. Make sure the files are listed as expected in the folders, and those are the same folders that show up empty in AS2.

All my music is either from Apple Music or physical CDs. i can use the music from the CDs just fine when i put them into a seperate folder from itunes which is what made me think its has something to do with apple music.

When i right click on a song > Get Info > File >
Kind = Apple Music AAC Audio FIle
Bit Rate = 256kbps

Windows Explorer
Type of file = MPEG - 4 Audio file (.m4p)
Protected = Yes

Sorry, but it looks like some of your music files are Protected. Protected from working in Audiosurf 2 :(
