Game Soft Locked

On Wednesday during one of the submissions, I tried clicking the background to reread the file, like how you'd switch windows on a real computer.
Then the confidential info window error popped up twice. I closed the main window for submitting and then tried to close the "error" windows but more started popping up and then I wasn't able to click anything.
When I tried clicking anywhere, more windows would pop up.
I had to alt F4 and restart the day. It didn't happen again so I think it was a one time thing hopefully.

Happened to me on Friday when I was just randomly clicking around while listening to the first phone call. If you put the caller on hold while one of the error windows is open, more will pop up indefinitely until you restart the game. So definitely a bug.

thats sort of what happened. they were on hold and the submit window was open and i think i clicked outside the same time i was closing it?
